Sides Preparation

  • Water 1000 g
  • Tomato Ketchup 5 tbsp
  1. Brine Marination

    • In a medium sized bowl, dissolve 70g of Knorr Rostip in water
    • Add the chicken and cover the bowl
    • Chill the chicken in the brine for 24 hours
  2. Breading Preparation

    • In a medium sized bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, Knorr Rostip and garlic powder together
  3. Frying Process

    • Preheat the deep-frying oil
    • Dredge the chicken in the breading
    • Deep fry the chicken at 340F for 14 minutes
    • Serve while freshly fried
  4. Sides Preparation

    • Mix the 110g of Knorr Gravy Mix into 1L of room temperature water
    • Once the Mix is fully dissolved, boil the mixture for about 15 minutes
    • Mix the ketchup and Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise
    • Serve both on a sauce bowl
