Brine Marination

Frying Process

  • Fish Sauce / Patis 30 ml
  • Cooking oil for deep frying 2000 ml

Sides Preparation

  • Tomato Ketchup 5 tbsp
  1. Brine Marination

    • In a medium sized bowl, dissolve 70g of Knorr Rostip in water
    • Add the chicken and cover the bowl
    • Chill the chicken in the brine for 24 hours
  2. Frying Process

    • Preheat the deep-frying oil
    • Drain the chicken of the water
    • Place the chicken in a perforated pan and steam for 12 minutes
    • Allow the chicken to cool thoroughly
    • Coat the chicken with the patis
    • Deep-fry the chicken in pre-heated oil for 10 minutes
  3. Sides Preparation

    • Mix the Knorr Liquid Seasoning with ketchup
    • Serve in a sauce bowl alongside the chicken
