30 minutes- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix very well
- Assemble the siomai filling in the wrapper (approx 15g - 20g per piece)
- Arrange the siomai in a bamboo steamer
- Steam the siomai for 12 minutes
- Once cooked, serve the dish with calamansi, soy sauce and chili
