  1. Preparation and Cooking

    30 minutes
    1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix very well
    2. Assemble the siomai filling in the wrapper (approx 15g - 20g per piece)
    3. Arrange the siomai in a bamboo steamer
    4. Steam the siomai for 12 minutes
    5. Once cooked, serve the dish with calamansi, soy sauce and chili
