Preparation

Procedure
- Deef fry the tofu until crispy and toss with Knorr Aromat
- Mix the Mayonnaise, eggplant, Calamansi juice, vinegar and Knorr seasoning
- In a separate bowl mix the cooked vegetables together and add the Mayonnaise sauce
- Season and serve with fried cripy tofu in a sizzling plate
- Garnish with Calamansi, Red Chili, Red Onions , Cherry tomatoes and Green Onions
- Season with Knorr Liquid Seasoning if needed
