  • Jicama, Blanched - Jardiniere
  • Sweet Potatoes, Blanched - Jardiniere
  • Sayote, Blanched - Jardiniere
  • Young Corn, Blanched slide
  • White Onions, Jardiniere
  • Calamansi juice, Jardiniere
  • Eggplant - Roasted, Peeled and chopped
  • Vinegar
  • Salt

  • Green Onions, Sliced fine
  • Red Chili, Chopped
  • Red Onions, Cut into fine julienne
  • Calamansi, Halved
  • Cherry tomatoes, Halved
  1. Procedure

    • Deef fry the tofu until crispy and toss with Knorr Aromat
    • Mix the Mayonnaise, eggplant, Calamansi juice, vinegar and Knorr seasoning
    • In a separate bowl mix the cooked vegetables together and add the Mayonnaise sauce
    • Season and serve with fried cripy tofu in a sizzling plate
    • Garnish with Calamansi, Red Chili, Red Onions , Cherry tomatoes and Green Onions
    • Season with Knorr Liquid Seasoning if needed
