  • Condensed Milk 150.0 ml
  • Unsalted Butter 100.0 g
  • Coconut Milk 100.0 ml
  • Milk Powder 30.0 g
  • Frozen or Pre-Made Croissants 30.0 pc
  1. Salted egg custard filling preparation

    • Mix everything in a food processor until well-combined
    • Add milk and cream and process until everything is well-incorporated
    • Transfer to a mold and freeze overnight
