Ingredients
Beef Bulgogi

Beef sukiyaki, cut 1100.0 g

Garlic, minced 20.0 g

Ginger, minced 45.0 g

Sesame Oil 60.0 ml

Brown Sugar 70.0 g

Gochujang (Korean chili paste) 60.0 g
Assembly

Japanese Rice, cooked 10.0 cup

Kimchi 200.0 g

Toasted Sesame Seeds 10.0 g

Eggs, hardboiled 10.0 pc

Preparation

Beef Bulgogi
35 minutes- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the marinade and mix very well.
- Add the beef sukiyaki cut into the mixture.
- Marinate for 20 minutes.
- In a Korean grill pan, grill the beef for 1 minute per side.

Assembly
2 minutes- Assemble the beef bulgogi and Japanese rice in a bowl.
- Garnish with Kimchi, sesame seeds, hard-boiled egg and spring onions.
- Serve and enjoy.
