Beef Bulgogi

  • Beef sukiyaki, cut 1100.0 g
  • Garlic, minced 20.0 g
  • Ginger, minced 45.0 g
  • Sesame Oil 60.0 ml
  • Brown Sugar 70.0 g
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) 60.0 g

Assembly

  • Japanese Rice, cooked 10.0 cup
  • Kimchi 200.0 g
  • Toasted Sesame Seeds 10.0 g
  • Eggs, hardboiled 10.0 pc
  • Spring Onions 20.0 g
  1. Beef Bulgogi

    35 minutes
    1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the marinade and mix very well.
    2. Add the beef sukiyaki cut into the mixture.
    3. Marinate for 20 minutes.
    4. In a Korean grill pan, grill the beef for 1 minute per side.   
  2. Assembly

    2 minutes
    1. Assemble the beef bulgogi and Japanese rice in a bowl.
    2. Garnish with Kimchi, sesame seeds, hard-boiled egg and spring onions.
    3. Serve and enjoy.
