Prepare the sauce

  • Knorr Chicken Broth Base 10.0 g
  • Prepared Tuyo Flakes (bottled tuyo flakes) 240.0 dg
  • Capers 80.0 g
  • Water 330.0 ml
  • Hellmann's Charred Tomato and Capers 240.0 ml
  • Black Olives 60.0 g
  • Fresh Thyme 2.0 g
  • Hellmann's Charred Tomato and Capers Dressing 730ml

Cook the noodles

  • Spaghetti cooked

The classic spaghetti is re-created with tuyo flakes instead of anchovies and made more interesting with the usual puttanesca garnishes.



  1. Prepare the sauce

    20 mins
    1. Heat the oil and saute the onions, garlic, and tomatoes. Cook for 2 minutes.
    2. Add the chicken broth base and saute for 1 minute. 
    3. Stir in the tuyo flakes, capers, and water. Simmer for 1 minute. 
    4. Pour the Hellmann's Charred Tomato and Capers and stir to combine. 
    5. Add the olives, and thyme.
  2. Cook the noodles

    1. Mix the spaghetti and toss very well into the sauce. 
    2. Season with salt and pepper
