  • Kaffir Lime Leaves, shredded 20 g
  • Ginger Juice 15 ml
  • Lemongrass, chopped 15 g
  • Fish Sauce 10 ml
  • Red chilli (optional), finely-chopped 1 pc
  • Coriander Leaves, finely chopped 15 g
  1. Thai-Style Mayo Dip Preparation

    • Mix all of the ingredients together in a non-reactive bowl
    • Store in the chiller until serving time
    • Keeps in the chiller for up to 4 days
