Inspire Session 1

As more diners eat healthier to keep their immune systems strong, demand for healthy menu options will likely continue post-ECQ. In this session, we will be tackling nutrition and healthy dish ideas with our global experts Dorothy Shaver and Chef Evert Vermandel.

With public transportation suspended and dine-in establishments currently not able to serve food, diners have relied on food delivery apps to order their meals. Together with GrabFood Philippines Country Head, EJ Dela Vega, we will discuss how operators can reach diners during this time and how delivery is transforming the foodservice industry.
