Cooking and Seasoning

  • Vegetable Oil 120.0 ml
  • Garlic, minced 60.0 g
  • White vinegar 90.0 ml
  • Water 1700.0 ml
  • Bayleaf 3.0 g
  • Black Peppercorn 10.0 g
  • Slurry 120.0 ml
  • Onion 200.0 g
  • Soy Sauce 20.0 ml
  1. Preparation

    30 min
    • In a bowl, season the chicken with Knorr Rostip. Marinate for 30 minutes, then sear the chicken until golden. Set aside.
  2. Cooking and Seasoning

    10 - 20 min
    • Using a work/pan, heat oil and sauté garlic and onions until fragrant. Add the chicken.
    • Add Knorr Chicken Broth Base, soy sauce, white vinegar, water, bay leaf and black pepper. Boil and simmer while adding Knorr Oyster Sauce and Knorr Liquid Seasoning.
    • Adjust seasoning if necessary. Add slurry to thicken the sauce.
