Prepare the Proteins

  • Onion, chopped 50.0 g
  • Garlic, chopped 30.0 g
  • Chicken Thigh Fillet, chopped 100.0 g
  • Squid Balls, slices 100.0 g
  • Shrimps, shelled and deveined 100.0 g
  • Black Pepper, ground 2.0 g

Fry the Vegetables with the Meat

  • Carrots, slices 100.0 g
  • snow peas 150.0 g
  • Young Corn, sliced 150.0 g
  • Shitake Mushroom, slices 150.0 g
  • Green bell pepper, paysanne 150.0 g
  • Red Bell Pepper , paysanne 150.0 g
  • Cabbage, slices 100.0 g
  • Water 500.0 g
  • Soy Sauce - light 45.0 g
  • Dark Soy Sauce 15.0 g
  • Sugar 15.0 g
  • Cornstarch Slurry
  1. Prepare the Proteins

    30 minutes
    1. In a wok, stir-fry the onion, garlic, chicken, squid ball and shrimps.
    2. Season with black pepper and Knorr Liquid Seasoning.
    3. Set aside.
  2. Fry the Vegetables with the Meat

    30 minutes
    1. In the same wok, stir-fry all the vegetables.
    2. Add the Knorr Oyster Flavored Sauce, water, Knorr Chicken Powder, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar.
    3. Thicken the sauce with slurry.
    4. Combine the sauteed protein and toss very well.
    5. Plate the dish and serve hot.
