  1. Fish and Garnish Preparation

    • Season the fish with pepper and Knorr Rostip Chicken Seasoning Powder
    • Heat a grill pan over medium to high heat then brush it with oil
    • Pan-grill the fish on both sides until cooked through
    • Meanwhile, brush the leeks with oil then grill them on all sides, until its surface is lightly caramelized, retaining its texture and flavor
    • Set the leeks aside
  2. Sauce Presentation

    • Combine the Knorr Rock Sugar Honey Sauce, Knorr Liquid Seasoning, crushed black pepper and toasted sesame seeds in a non-reactive bowl
    • Brush each piece of cooked fish with this sauce and arrange the pieces on a serving platter
  3. Presentation

    • Arrange the grilled leeks on top or on the side of the fish
    • Sprinkle with the chives and garlic chips just before serving
    • Brush each piece of cooked fish with this sauce and arrange the pieces on a serving platter
