Glazed Grilled Codfish with Leeks

3/4-inch-thick codfish (Gindara) steaks or fillets 500.0 g

Fish and Garnish Preparation
- Season the fish with pepper and Knorr Rostip Chicken Seasoning Powder
- Heat a grill pan over medium to high heat then brush it with oil
- Pan-grill the fish on both sides until cooked through
- Meanwhile, brush the leeks with oil then grill them on all sides, until its surface is lightly caramelized, retaining its texture and flavor
- Set the leeks aside

Sauce Presentation
- Combine the Knorr Rock Sugar Honey Sauce, Knorr Liquid Seasoning, crushed black pepper and toasted sesame seeds in a non-reactive bowl
- Brush each piece of cooked fish with this sauce and arrange the pieces on a serving platter

- Arrange the grilled leeks on top or on the side of the fish
- Sprinkle with the chives and garlic chips just before serving
