Thin slices of beef sauteed with garlic, onions and bell peppers glazed with a Smoked Chili teriyaki and served over japanese fried rice made with sweetcorn kernels, carrots, mushrooms, and soy.



  1. Preparing the beef

    24 HOURS
    1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef, Knorr Liquid Seasoning, and garlic.
    2. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate inside the chiller for 24 hours.
    3.  After marinating, saute the beef until cooked.
    4. Once beef is cooked, drizzle the Knorr Teriyaki Sauce and Hellmann's Smoked Chili.
    5.  Toss and set aside
  2. Preparing the vegetables

    10 minutes
    1.  In a wok, stir-fry the onion, mushroom, and bell peppers.
    2. Add the Knorr Chicken Powder, Knorr Teriyaki Sauce, and Hellmann's Smoked Chili.
    3.  Toss until well incorporated. Set aside.
  3. Preparing and assembling the rice

    10 minutes
    1. In a large wok, stir-fry the onion, corn kernels, carrots and shitake mushroom. 
    2. Add the soy sauce, Knorr Oyster Sauce, rice, and sugar.
    3. Stir-fry until well incorporated. Set aside.
    4. Assemble the rice bowl.
    5.  Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions.
