Preparation

Sauce Preparation
- Heat the oil in a sauce pot
- Saute the onions, garlic, and whole black peppercorns
- Add the Worcestershire sauce
- Saute until the mixture reduces in half
- Combine the water and the Knorr Demi Glace Sauce and pour onto the mixture
- Adjust taste with Knorr Liquid Seasoning and Knorr Aromat Seasoning Powder
- Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes
- Strain the mixture into another sauce pot
- Add the truffle paste, heavy cream and sugar
- Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes
- Finish with cold butter
