Cooking and Seasoning

  • Vegetable Oil 120 ml
  • Garlic, minced 60 g
  • Knorr Chicken Broth Base (No Added MSG) 1.5kg 20 g
  • White vinegar 90 ml
  • Water 1700 ml
  • Bayleaf 3 g
  • Black Peppercorn 10 g
  • Slurry 120 ml
  1. Preparation

    30 min
    • In a bowl, season the chicken with Knorr Rostip. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Cooking and Seasoning

    10 - 20 min
    • Using a work, heat oil and saute garlic and chicken broth until fragrant. Add marinated chicken and saute.
    • Add Knorr Oyster Flavoured Sauce, white vinegar, water, bay leaf, black peppercorn. Boil and simmer until chicken is cooked.
    • Adjust seasoning if necessary. Add slurry to thicken the sauce.
