  • Bagels 5.0 pc
  • Spiced Cream Cheese 300.0 g
  • Avocado 2.0 pc
  • Lemon Juice 30.0 ml
  • Smoked salmon, slices 80g per bagel 800.0 g
  • Roasted Corn Salsa 300.0 g

New York Style bagels filled with smoked salmon, avocado, spiced cream cheese and charred tomato dressing served with a side of roasted corn salsa.

Preparation

  1. Preparing the sides: roasted corn salsa

    15 minutes
    1. Corn in-can, drain well. Put in a tray and drizzle with olive oil; roast for 15 min. In a preheated oven of 180°C.
    2. You may also use torch to finish and have that charred effect.
    3. ust mix everything in a non reactive bowl.
    4.  Season to taste, set aside inside the chiller. Best serve cold.
  2. Preparing the dressing: spiced cream cheese

    5 minutes
    1. Place everything in a food proccesor. Proccess until its nice and smooth.
  3. Assembly of sandwich

    10 minutes
    1. Prepare bagels, cut to half; apply butter and toast the white part until golden (10 open face 1/2 bagels). Set aside.
    2.  Prepare avocado, cut to small dice. And mix with lemon juice. Set aside.
    3. Spread some of the prepared spiced cream cheese on the toasted side of the bagel.
    4. Add an even amount of prepared avocado. Then topped with an ample amount of smoked salmon. 
    5. You may add the roasted corn salsa as toppings or can be served on the side. 6. Drizzle w/ Hellmans Charred tomato dressing.
