  • Hellmann's Charred Tomato and Capers Dressing 730ml 90.0 ml
  • Hoagie Bun or Brioche Hotdog Buns, toasted and lined with Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise 2.0 pc

  1. Ingredients Preparation

    10 minutes
    1. Cut and slice first 5 ingredients into strips.
    2. Season the mushrooms in salt and pepper, pan-grill for 2-3 minutes, and set aside.
    3. Sauté white onions and red bell peppers in olive oil for 1-2 minutes, and set aside.
  2. Mustard Bechamel Preparation

    2 minutes
    1. Combine Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise and Yellow mustard, and stir well. Set aside.
  3. Herb Crumbs Preparation

    2 minutes
    1. Heat the olive oil and add all other ingredients.
    2. Lightly toast for about 1 minute.
  4. Cheesesteak Assembly

    5 minutes
    1. Combine the vegetables and Hellmann's Charred Tomato and Capers dressing in a bowl & mix well.
    2. Place on prepared buns and top with prepared mustard sauce and herb crumbs.
    3. Place under broiler to lightly brown the top.
    4. Place the top part of the bun.
    5. Serve with fries and extra Hellmann's Dressing as dipping sauce.
