Burger Patty Preparation

  • Ground Beef, single ground 500.0 g
  • Ground Pork, single ground 500.0 g
  • Ground Black Pepper 1.0 g
  • Garlic Powder 5.0 g
  • Onion Powder 10.0 g
  • White Sugar, granulated 20.0 g
  • Cooking Oil 150.0 ml

Burger Assembly

  • Burger buns 10.0 pc
  • Banana Ketchup 400.0 g
  • Hamburger, prepared patties 10.0 pc
  • Cheese, single slices 10.0 pc

Optional: Coleslaw Side Dish

  • Cabbage, shredded 200.0 g
  • Carrots, shredded 100.0 g
  • Banana Ketchup 10.0 g
  • Pepper, to taste
  1. Burger Patty Preparation

    30 minutes
    1.  In a bowl, mix all ingredients together and knead until sticky.
    2. Divide to 10 portions and press into patties.
    3. Pan-fry the patties.
  2. Burger Assembly

    10 minutes
    1. Toast the burger buns lightly.
    2. Assemble the burger with a layer of Best Foods Mayo Magic, burger patty, cheese, and ketchup in each burger.
  3. Optional: Coleslaw Side Dish

    15 minutes
    1. Mix all the ingredients together.
