Preparation

Chicken Inasal Marinade
5 minutes- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix very well.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate inside the chiller for 24 hours.

Grilled Chicken Inasal
45 minutes- Assemble the chicken in the skewer.
- Preheat the griller for 15 minutes.
- Grill the chicken 6 minutes per side or until done.
- Plate the dish. Serve with coconut vinegar, soy sauce and chicken oil.
