Topping

  • Evaporated Milk 150.0 ml
  • Chocolate, tablea 40.0 g
  • White Sugar 50.0 g
  • Cream 100.0 g

Garnish

  • Cocoa powder, for dusting 5.0 g
  • Roasted peanuts, chopped 40.0 g
  • Milk Powder 50.0 g
  • Graham crackers, powdered 80.0 g
  • ChocNut, crushed 10.0 pc
  • Vanilla Ice Cream 150.0 g

ChocNut Palamig with Gulaman Assembly

  • Ice, shaved 1.5 kg
  • Evaporated Milk 100.0 ml
  • Vanilla extract / essence 0.5 ml
  1. Topping

    15 minutes
    1. Bring the milk and sugar to a boil and add the chocolate tablea.
    2. Stir vigorously until dissolved then add Lady's Choice Peanut Butter.
    3. Add the cream and beat the mixture until foamy (you can use a stick blender).  
  2. Garnish

    60 minutes
    1. Follow instructions for making Carte D'Or Crystal Clear Gulaman.
    2. Once set, cut into small squares. 
  3. ChocNut Palamig with Gulaman Assembly

    15 minutes
    1. Mix the milk with the vanilla essence and still until dissolved.
    2. Place shaved ice in a tall glass and pour the sweetened vanilla milk.
    3. Top with gulaman, the topping, and then add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
    4. Garnish the palamig with graham cookies, chocnut, roasted peanuts, cocoa powder and powdered milk.
    5. Serve using a plastic cup to maintain the integrity longer. Properly seal and transport using an insulated bag.
