Preparation

Topping
15 minutes- Bring the milk and sugar to a boil and add the chocolate tablea.
- Stir vigorously until dissolved then add Lady's Choice Peanut Butter.
- Add the cream and beat the mixture until foamy (you can use a stick blender).

Garnish
60 minutes- Follow instructions for making Carte D'Or Crystal Clear Gulaman.
- Once set, cut into small squares.

ChocNut Palamig with Gulaman Assembly
15 minutes- Mix the milk with the vanilla essence and still until dissolved.
- Place shaved ice in a tall glass and pour the sweetened vanilla milk.
- Top with gulaman, the topping, and then add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Garnish the palamig with graham cookies, chocnut, roasted peanuts, cocoa powder and powdered milk.
- Serve using a plastic cup to maintain the integrity longer. Properly seal and transport using an insulated bag.
