Preparation

  1. Prepare the Igado Meats

    • Marinate pork tenderloin, liver, heart, and kidneys in Knorr Liquid Seasoning, soy sauce, and pepper for 1 hour.
  2. Cook the Pork Igado

    • Heat coconut oil in a pan.
    • Sauté meats in batches until browned. Set meats aside.
    • In the same pan, sauté garlic.
    • Add onions and sauté until translucent.
    • Add bell peppers, bay leaves, and peas. Sauté well.
    • Add water, vinegar, and Knorr Pork Broth Base.
    • Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
    • Add cooked meats and simmer for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
    • Serve hot.
