  1. Beef and Broccoli Preparation

    15 minutes
    1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the beef, Knorr Liquid Seasoning, and Knorr Beef Broth Base. Mix very well.
    2. Marinate the beef for 20 minutes or 24 hours for bulk preparation.
    3. When marinating for 24 hours, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate the beef inside the chiller.
    4. In a wok, boil 2000 ml water and add the salt.
    5. Lower down the heat and blanch the broccoli for 2 minutes.
    6. Strain the broccoli and shock them on ice water. Set aside.
  2. Easy Beef with Broccoli Stir Fry

    15 minutes
    1. Preheat a medium-sized wok. Stir-fry the onion, ginger, and garlic.
    2. Add the marinated beef and broccoli. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
    3. Add the rice wine, Knorr Chicken Powder, Knorr Oyster Sauce, and sesame oil.
    4. Stir-fry the beef with broccoli for another 30 seconds. Turn off the heat.
  3. Serve the Beef with Broccoli

    1. Transfer the beef with broccoli to a plate.
    2. Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve while it’s hot!
