Prepare the Green Tomato Salad

  • Green Tomatoes, cut into small diced 250.0 g

  • Red Onions, cut into small diced 50.0 g
  • Spring Onions, finely sliced 10.0 g
  • Black pepper, ground 1.0 g
  • Green Chilies, deseeded, sliced julienned 1.0 pc
  • Fried Garlic 5.0 g
  • Granulated white sugar 10.0 g

  1. Prepare the Green Tomato Salad

    20 minutes
    1. Make a simple tomato salad by tossing all ingredients in a bowl.
    2. Set it aside and leave it to macerate for 15 minutes.
  2. Serve the Inihaw na Bangus

    50 minutes
    1. Marinate the milkfish for 30 minutes with the Knorr Liquid Seasoning, black pepper, calamansi juice, Knorr Chicken Powder, sugar, and garlic.
    2. Grill the bangus skin side down first for 10 minutes. Brush the top of the milkfish with a little annatto oil before flipping it around.
    3. Continue cooking for 5 minutes until it turns slightly charred and crisp.
    4. Flip the meat side up and top it with the tomato salad.
    5. Serve while it’s hot.
