Sauce Preparation

  • Juice from one orange 45 ml
  • A pinch of salt
  • Unsalted Butter 20 g
  • Zest from one orange
  1. Lamb Preparation

    • Combine the Knorr Liquid Seasoning, orange juice, ginger, garlic, and pepper in a large deep bowl
    • Adjust the seasoning to taste
    • Marinate the lamb in this marinade for an hour
    • Grill the lamb to medium rare
    • Set the grilled lamb aside
  2. Sauce Preparation

    • In a saucepan, combine orange juice, salt, butter, and orange zest, and bring to a simmer
    • Add the grilled lamb to the simmering sauce to glaze the meat
    • Remove the lamb from the sauce and serve immediately
