Lamb Preparation
- Combine the Knorr Liquid Seasoning, orange juice, ginger, garlic, and pepper in a large deep bowl
- Adjust the seasoning to taste
- Marinate the lamb in this marinade for an hour
- Grill the lamb to medium rare
- Set the grilled lamb aside

Sauce Preparation
- In a saucepan, combine orange juice, salt, butter, and orange zest, and bring to a simmer
- Add the grilled lamb to the simmering sauce to glaze the meat
- Remove the lamb from the sauce and serve immediately
