Brine the Chicken

  • Water 2000.0 ml
  • Chicken - Pieces 1800.0 g

Bread the Chicken

  • All Purpose Flour 500.0 g
  • Cornstarch 200.0 g
  • Baking Powder 10.0 g

Deep Fry Chicken and Create Honey Butter Garlic Sauce

  • Corn Oil 2000.0 ml
  • Butter 500.0 g
  • Garlic, minced 80.0 g
  • White Sugar 10.0 g
  • Lemon Juice 15.0 ml
  1. Brine the Chicken

    15 minutes
    1. Dissolve the Knorr Chicken Powder in the water.
    2. Add the chicken pieces and brine covered in the chiller for 8 hours.    
  2. Bread the Chicken

    15 minutes
    • Combine the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and Knorr Chicken Powder in a bowl and mix well.    
  3. Deep Fry Chicken and Create Honey Butter Garlic Sauce

    30 minutes
    1. Preheat the oil for deep frying. 
    2. Coat the chicken pieces in the flour mixture and deep fry until golden brown and cooked through.
    3. Melt the butter and add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
    4. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
    5. Brush the fried chicken with the glaze.
