Kani Crab Dip
Let your diners experience a different twist to tempura with a mayo-based dip that’s loaded with kani, cream cheese, chives, sesame seeds, and nori!

Chives, finely-chopped 20.0 g

Kani crabsticks, cut into 1cm segments 150.0 g

White Sesame Seeds, toasted 2.0 g

Nori strips, finely-julienned 2.0 g

Water 15.0 ml
Preparation

Kani Crab Dip Preparation
- Dilute Knorr Lime Powderin 15ml of water
- In a food processor, combine the mayonnaise, cream cheese, chives, and lime juice
- Add the shredded kani sticks gradually, pulsing the food processor with each addition
- Taste and adjust seasoning
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and nori strips
- Serve or store in the chiller until serving time
- Keeps in the chiller for up to 4 days
