Kani Crab Dip Preparation

  • Cream Cheese 100.0 g
  • Chives, finely-chopped 20.0 g
  • Kani crabsticks, cut into 1cm segments 150.0 g
  • White Sesame Seeds, toasted 2.0 g
  • Nori strips, finely-julienned 2.0 g
  • Water 15.0 ml
  1. Kani Crab Dip Preparation

    • Dilute Knorr Lime Powderin 15ml of water
    • In a food processor, combine the mayonnaise, cream cheese, chives, and lime juice
    • Add the shredded kani sticks gradually, pulsing the food processor with each addition
    • Taste and adjust seasoning
    • Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and nori strips
    • Serve or store in the chiller until serving time
    • Keeps in the chiller for up to 4 days
