Prepare the Marinade

Grill the King Oyster Mushrooms

  • Oyster Mushroom, cut into pieces like isaw 700.0 g
  • Spring Onions, copped 10.0 g
  • Garlic, fried, chopped, bottled 5.0 g

These mushrooms were marinated with soy and vinergar for then grilled over hot coals that gives them charred, smoky notes. Finish your juicy and meaty grilled oyster mushrooms with annatto oil.



  1. Prepare the Marinade

    20 minutes
    • In a sauce pot, combine all the ingredients.
    • Simmer the sauce for 10 minutes. Let it cool and set aside.
  2. Grill the King Oyster Mushrooms

    30 minutes
    • Assemble the oysters on skewers, ensuring that each skewer has 50g of oysters. Prepare two skewers per person.
    • Preheat the charcoal griller for 10 minutes.
    • Grill the oyster mushrooms until grill marks appear.
    • Using a pastry brush, brush the mushrooms with the prepared sauce.
    • Plate the dish and garnish it with spring onion and fried garlic.
