  • Canola Oil 20.0 g

Liempo Glaze

  • Sugar 80.0 g
  • Black Pepper, ground 5.0 g
  • Canola Oil 25.0 g
  • Banana Ketchup 50.0 g

Assemply

  • Garlic, small minced (fried cripsy) 20.0 g
  • Spring Onions, thinly sliced 20.0 g
  1. Marination

    25 minutes
    1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pork liempo, Knorr Liquid Seasoning, garlic, black pepper and oil.
    2. Marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Liempo Glaze

    3 minutes
    • In a bowl, combine Knorr Liquid Seasoning, sugar, black pepper, garlic and banana ketchup. Mix the ingredients well. 
  3. Liempo Preparation

    35 minutes
    1. Preheat the griller for 15 minutes.
    2. Grill the marinated pork liempo 4 minutes each side.
    3. Half-way through the grilling, baste the sides of the liempo with the glaze.
  4. Assemply

    5 minutes
    1. Arrange the pan grilled liempo on a platter.
    2. Sprinkle garlic and spring onion.
