Meatless Spaghetti Sauce Base

  • Vegetable Oil 30.0 ml
  • White Onions 5.0 g
  • Celery 5.0 g
  • Carrots 5.0 g
  • Garlic 3.0 g
  • Dried Oregano 1.0 g
  • Water 40.0 ml
  • Tomato Paste 3.0 g
  • Tomato Sauce 100.0 ml
  • Black Pepper 1.0 g
  • White Sugar 6.0 g

  • Butter 5.0 g
  • Lasagna Base, white sauce 60.0 ml
  • Lasagna Sheet 1.0 pc
  • Spaghetti Sauce Base, meatless 70.0 dg
  • Cheese, Quickmelt 10.0 g
  • Lasagna Sheet 1.0 pc
  • Spaghetti Sauce Base, meatless 70.0 g
  • Lasagna Base, white sauce 30.0 ml
  • Cheese, Quickmelt 10.0 g
  • Lasagna Sheet 1.0 pc

  1. White Sauce Lasagna Base

    12 - 14 minutes
    1. Place everything in a sauce pot and mix well.
    2. Apply medium heat, bring to a boil and simmer for 2-3 min.
    3. Mix well from time to time.
    4. Set aside to cool.
    5. Store inside the chiller until use. Apply cold during the lasagna assembly.  
  2. Meatless Spaghetti Sauce Base

    35 minutes
    1. Add oil to the pot and apply medium heat.
    2. Saute onions, garlic, celery and carrots. Add dried oregano and continue to saute until fragrant.
    3. Add the prepared TVB no Minced. Saute until well incorporated.
    4. Season with Knorr Aromat then add the tomato paste. Mix well.
    5. Add water, tomato sauce and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and bring to a boil.
    6. Simmer for 5-10 min. in low heat.
    7. Set aside to cool. Apply cold during the lasagna assembly.                                                
  3. Loaded Meatless Lasagna Assembly

    35 minutes
    1. Brush the bottom and side of the lasagna pan with soft butter.
    2. Add ample amount of white sauce lasagna base.
    3. Add the pre-cooked lasagna sheet. Add ample amount of meatless spaghetti sauce and top it with ample amount of white sauce lasagna base then grated quick melt cheese.
    4. Do this for another 2 layers. Make sure to add enough sauces to make sure that its moist and flavorful.
    5. For the last top part, cover with the lasagna sheet. Add ample amount of white sauce lasagna base covering mostly the lasagna sheet.
    6. Finish with ample amount of grated quick melt cheese. Give it a tap for everything to set and cover with foil.
    7. Cook in a pre-heated convectional oven 170°C for 15 minutes. Afterwards, remove the foil and cook for another 15 minutes until it boils and gets a nice gratinated color.
