  • Feta Cheese 300.0 g
  • Olive Oil 150.0 ml
  • White onion, slices 200.0 g
  • Shitake mushroom, slices 200.0 g
  • Red bell pepper, paysanne 200.0 g
  • Zuchinni slices 200.0 g
  • Eggplant, slices 200.0 g
  • Cherry Tomatoes 200.0 g
  • Black olives, slices 200.0 g
  • Basil, fresh, leaves, for garnish 20.0 g

Crispy flatbreads with an assortment of vegetable toppings, meat, and combination, dressed with smoked tomato passatta and baked with feta cheese and mozzarella to give that ooze in your mouth.



  1. Preparation of toppings

    24 hours
    1.  In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef, Knorr Liquid Seasoning, and garlic, cover with plastic wrap and marinate indisde the chiller for 24hrs.
    2.  After marinating, saute the beef until cooked.
  2. Preparing the dough

    5 minutes
    1. Cut into portion sizes, slide the flatbread and garnish with basil.
  3. Assemble the toppings

    10 minutes
    1. Assemble the cheese and vegetables (all other ingredients) on top of the flatbread.
    2. Bake in the oven at 450F for 6 minutes.
    3.  Garnish with basil on top of the flatbread
