Preparation

  1. Prepare the Pancit Palabok Noodles

    20 minutes
    1. In a wok, boil the water and blanch the palabok noodles until it is cooked.
    2. Strain the noodles in a colander and add the canola oil. Toss them together then set the noodles aside. 
  2. Create the Palabok Sauce

    15 minutes
    1. In a wok, stir-fry the onion, garlic, and pork with annatto oil.
    2. Add the black pepper, water, slurry, Knorr Shrimp Seasoning Powder, and patis. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
    3. You may add more annatto oil needed to achieve your desired color. Once done, set aside.
  3. Serve the Seafood Pancit Palabok

    5 minutes
    1. Sauté the shrimp with Knorr Liquid Seasoning and season the tofu with Knorr Rostip. Set aside.
    2. Plate the dish and assemble the toppings on top.
    3. Serve with calamansi on the side. Toppings assembly may be adjusted to preference.
