  1. Meat Preparation

    1. Place everything in a Pressure Cooker.
    2. Once it whistles, let it cook for about 40 min.
    3. Check if the meats are already slightly tender since you will still further cook it as a stew.
    4. Strain the meat and reserve the Stock.
    5. Set aside.
  2. Sauce Procedure

    1. In a separate pot, heat the anato oil and saute garlic, ginger, red onions until cook and fragrant.
    2. Add now the strained beef.
    3. Saute then add paprika, Knorr Liquid seasoning and tomato paste.
    4. Keep on sauteing until well incorporated in medium heat to avoid burning.
  3. Meal Procedure

    1. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well and bring to a boil then simmer for another 30- 40min or until the meats are tender.
    2. To finish, add onion leaks and adjsut taste by adding Knorr Rostip.
