Beef Salpicao with Garlic Chips and Mushrooms
Here's something for the garlic fans! Tender chunks of beef seasoned with oyster sauce, garlic and pepper are topped with even more crunchy fried garlic for a truly savory and indulgent experience.

Beef Salpicao Marinade

Beef-tenderloin, diced 1200.0 g

Garlic, choped 60.0 g

Smoked Paprika 20.0 g

Ground Black Pepper 10.0 g

Canola Oil 60.0 ml

Preparation

Beef Salpicao Marinade
30 minutes- In a mixing bowl, combine Knorr Liquid Seasoning, Knorr Oyster Sauce, chopped garlic, smoked paprika and ground black pepper.
- Add diced beef tendeloin to the mixture.
- Cover the bowl and leave to marinate for 30 minutes/overnight.

Sauté
10 minutes- In a saute pan, heat oil and saute the marinated salpicao for 6 minutes until it turns brown.
- Do not overcook or the meat will be tough.
- Pour the prepared Demi Glace Sauce and simmer.

Serving
2 minutes- Adjust taste with sugar.
- Garnish with garlic chips.
