Beef Sirloin Marinate

  • Beef sirloin, cut into thin and flat slices 500.0 g
  • Olive Oil 120.0 ml
  • Yogurt 120.0 ml
  • Garlic, minced 60.0 g
  • Onions, minced 45.0 g
  • Parsley, chopped 15.0 g
  • Oregano, chopped 10.0 g
  • Lemon Juice 30.0 ml
  • Black Pepper 2.0 g

Creamy Tzatziki Sauce

  • Garlic, minced 45.0 g
  • Cucumbers, grated 60.0 g
  • Pinch of Oregano
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Grilling

  • Beef sirloin, marinated overnight 500.0 g
  • Tomatoes, quartered 180.0 g
  • Onions, quartered 180.0 g

Assembling

  • Cabbage, shredded 180.0 g
  • 4 slices Pita Bread
  1. Beef Sirloin Marinate

    120 minutes
    1. Except for the beef, combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
    2. Place beef in a bowl and pour the mixture to marinate for 2 hours or overnight.   
  2. Creamy Tzatziki Sauce

    10 minutes
    1. Except for the salt and pepper, combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
    2. Season sauce with salt and pepper to taste.  
  3. Grilling

    6 minutes
    1. Pre-heat the grill.
    2. Cook the marinated beef.
    3. Grill tomatoes and onions.   
  4. Assembling

    2 minutes
    1. Lay pita bread flat on the plate.
    2. Add grilled meat, grilled tomatoes, grilled onions, and cabbage.
    3. Serve with Tzatziki sauce.
    4. Carefully roll which tucking the sides inward.
