Breading Preparation

  • Paprika or Cajun Seasoning 5 g

Beer Batter Preparation

  • All Purpose Flour 150 g
  • Baking Powder 5 g
  • Beer 330 ml

Dressing Preparation

  • Dill Leaves, fresh (chopped) or dried 5 g
  • Yellow Mustard 5 g
  • Zest from half a lemon

Dish Preparation

  • Cooking oil for deep frying
  1. Fish Preparation

    • Marinate the fish in Knorr Aromat Seasoning Powder and Knorr Lime Powder
    • Cover and store in the chiller
  2. Breading Preparation

    • Combine the 300 g flour and paprika
    • Set aside
  3. Beer Batter Preparation

    • In a bowl, combine the baking powder, 150 g flour, and beer
    • Whisk until mixture is well-incorporated
  4. Dressing Preparation

    • In a bowl, combine the Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise, dill leaves, mustard, lemon zest, and 5 g Knorr Lime Powder
    • Store in the chiller
  5. Dish Preparation

    • Dredge the marinated fish in the flour breading mixture
    • Dip into the beer batter
    • Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown and the fish is cooked through
    • Serve immediately
