Meat Preparation

  • Canola Oil 45 ml
  • White Onion, chopped 80 g
  • Chicken Fillet, cut into 1 inch cubes 330 g
  • Garlic cloves, finely minced 30 g
  • Carrot (small cubes) 60 g
  • Green peas 120 g
  • Corn kernels 60 g
  • Potato, cubed 60 g
  • Cooking Cream 350 ml
  • Water 150 ml
  • Fresh Cracked Black Pepper

  • Store bought Puff Pastry
  • Egg wash
  1. Meat Preparation

    10 minutes
    • Heat the oil in a pan. Add the onions and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
    • Add the chicken and cook for 2 minutes. Add all the vegetables, stir fry for 1 minute and add the Knorr Concentrated Chicken Liquid Seasoning.
    • Stir in the cooking cream and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
    • Season with the Knorr Concentrated Chicken Liquid Seasoning and black pepper.
  2. Presentation

    5 minutes
    • Portion onto oven proof serving vessels. Top with the puff pastry, brush with egg wash and bake in a 350°F until the pastry turns golden brown.
    • Serve hot.
