Chicken Potpie

Canola Oil 45 ml

White Onion, chopped 80 g

Chicken Fillet, cut into 1 inch cubes 330 g

Garlic cloves, finely minced 30 g

Carrot (small cubes) 60 g

Green peas 120 g

Corn Kernels 60 g

Potato, cubed 60 g

Cooking Cream 350 ml

Water 150 ml

Fresh Cracked Black Pepper

Store bought Puff Pastry

Meat Preparation
10 minutes- Heat the oil in a pan. Add the onions and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the chicken and cook for 2 minutes. Add all the vegetables, stir fry for 1 minute and add the Knorr Concentrated Chicken Liquid Seasoning.
- Stir in the cooking cream and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season with the Knorr Concentrated Chicken Liquid Seasoning and black pepper.

Presentation
5 minutes- Portion onto oven proof serving vessels. Top with the puff pastry, brush with egg wash and bake in a 350°F until the pastry turns golden brown.
- Serve hot.
