Pork Rib Marinade

  • Pork Ribs 1 kg
  • Black Pepper, crushed 10 g
  • Fish Sauce 40 g
  • Oyster Sauce 10 g
  • Sugar 40 g
  • Water 100 ml
  • Potato Starch 100 g

Before Serve

  1. Pork Rib Marinade

    • Marinate pork ribs with all other ingredients – black pepper, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, water, potato starch – for 4hrs.
  2. Before Serve

    • Heat up oil in wok, deep fry pork ribs for 5mins.
    • Strain off and set aside for later use.
    • Heat up wok, melt butter, sauté curry leaves and chilli padi.
    • Add in pork ribs, chicken seasoning powder, sugar, salted egg powder and corn flakes.
    • Toss well in wok and serve immediately.
    • Garnish with julienned spring onion.
