Marinate the Fish

Prepared the Grilled Pork

Assemble the Kropek Sinuglaw

Smoky richness of grilled pork liempo with the tangy freshness of bite-sized malasugi kinilaw, all served on a crunchy prawn cracker. A unique blend of textures and flavors that will surely wow the diners!

  1. Marinate the Fish

    40 minutes
    • In a large stainless mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix very well.
    • Let it sit for 40 minutes or until the fish turns white. Set aside.
  2. Prepared the Grilled Pork

    24 hours
    • In a large stainless mixing bowl, marinate the pork with Knorr Liquid Seasoning and black pepper. Ensure the pork is well-coated with the marinade.
    • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it inside the chiller. Let the pork marinate for 24 hours to allow the flavors to fully penetrate.
    • After marination, grill the liempo until it is charred to your liking. This will give the pork a smoky flavor that complements the tanginess of the kinilaw.
    • Once the liempo is cooked and has a nice char, roughly chop the pork into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
  3. Assemble the Kropek Sinuglaw

    15 minutes
    • Add the grilled and chopped pork to the fish mixture.
    • Add the Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise to the mixture. Mix everything very well to ensure the mayonnaise is evenly distributed.
    • Assemble the sinuglaw on top of the kropek which will give a nice crunch to the dish and add a different texture.
    • Garnish the dish with spring onion and fried garlic to add a pop of color and an extra layer of flavor to your dish. Enjoy!
