Preparation

  1. Prepare the Fish

    • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss carefully.
    • Cover with plastic wrap. Marinate for 30 minutes in the chiller.
  2. Cook the Pork

    • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
    • Marinate for 24 hours in the chiller.
    • Preheat a griller.
    • Grill the pork until browned. Chop into small pieces.
  3. Make the Salsa

    • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss carefully.
  4. Prepare the Jelly

    • Boil water in a large pot.
    • Add Carte D’Or Crystal Clear Unflavored Gulaman.
    • Bring mixture to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes.
    • Pour mixture into serving cups. Let cool in the chiller until set.
  5. Assemble the Dish

    • Assemble tuna, pork, and salsa in the serving cups with jelly.
    • Garnish with spring onions.
    • Serve with sinamak vinegar and Knorr Liquid Seasoning in pipettes.
