Salad Assembly

  • Prepared chickpea fritters
  • Prepared garlic-yogurt dressing
  • Cucumber, 1/2" dice (peeled and deseeded) 200.0 g
  • Red Onions , halfed and thinly sliced (soaked in iced water) 75.0 g
  • Cherry Tomatoes, halved 200.0 g
  • Red Bell Pepper , diced 1/2" 200.0 g
  • Green bell pepper, diced 1/2" 200.0 g
  • Iceberg Lettuce, wedges 500.0 g
  • Feta Cheese, diced 1/2" 500.0 g
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil 100.0 ml
  • Lemon Juice 30.0 g
  • Hellmann's Smoked Chilli Dressing 730ml 250.0 ml
  • Ground Black Pepper 1.0 g

Preparation

  1. Chickpea Fritters Preparation

    30 minutes
    1. Grind the chickpeas using a food processor or meat grinder.
    2. In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together and form into falafel patties.
    3. Deep-fry the patties in a 180* temperature oil, and set aside.
  2. Garlic Yogurt Preparation

    10 minutes
    1. In a bowl mix all ingredient together using a whisk, cover and set aside to chill the refrigerator for 30 mins.
  3. Salad Assembly

    10 minutes
    1. Toss all ingredients together in a bowl except for the smoked Chili dressing.
    2. Arrange all components in a salad bowl.
    3. Drizzle with the Garlic Yoghurt and Smoked Chilli dressing.
