  • Cooked quinoa 150.0 g
  • Edamame,cooked and picked 150.0 g
  • Skinless Peanuts,chopped 20.0 g
  • Sunflower Seeds, toasted
  • Sesame seeds,toasted 5.0 g

Toss together seared garlic shrimps, fiddlehead ferns, quinoa, edamame, peanuts, and an ensalada of green mangoes and salted eggs. Then, top it off with a zesty dressing of calamansi, soy sauce, and vinegar for a winning shrimp salad bowl!



  1. Make the Dressing

    20 minutes
    • Combine all ingredients in a container.
    • Emulsify using an immersion or stick blender until thick.
  2. Make the Ensalada

    10 minutes
    • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
  3. Cook the Garlic Shrimps

    15 minutes
    • Season shrimps with paprika.
    • Heat a pan over high heat and add oil.
    • Add shrimps and sear for 1 minute. Set aside.
    • In the same pan, add more oil and sauté garlic until caramelized.
    • Add seared shrimps and season with all remaining ingredients.
    • Cook for 4 minutes. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
  4. Assemble the Healthy Salad Bowl

    10 minutes
    • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
    • Toss well with the prepared dressing.
    • Top with garlic shrimps.
