  1. Cook the Lechon Manok Quiche

    90 minutes
    • Pre-heat the oven to 350F.
    • Season the chicken with the sinigang mix.
    • Stuff the chicken with the lemongrass.
    • Roast the stuffed chicken in the pre-heated oven for one hour until it's cooked through.
    • Once cooked, shred the chicken.
    • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together.
    • Season the egg-milk mixture with the chicken powder.
    • Place the shredded chicken onto the prepared quiche crust.
    • Pour the seasoned egg-milk mixture over the shredded chicken on the quiche crust.
    • Bake the quiche in the oven until it's cooked through and set.
    • Serve the quiche with a side of petite salad.
