Salted Egg Sprinkle Preparation
- In a non-stick pan, combine Knorr Golden Salted Egg Powder, Knorr Chicken Powder, sugar, milk powder, and chili flakes
- Toast the mixture in low heat until fragrant
- Set aside to cool
- Transfer to a dry and sealed container
- Store in a cool area

- Melt the butter in a pan under low heat
- Add the chips and dust with the Salted Egg Sprinkle
- Serve hot
