  • Cheddar Cheese, grated 150 g
  • Pimientos, small dice 50 g
  • Jalapenos, finely-chopped 30 g
  • Condensed milk (optional) 60 g
  1. Cheese Jalapeño Dip Preparation

    • Combine all ingredients in a mixer using the paddle attachment
    • Whip at speed 7 or 8 for 3 minutes
    • Serve immediately or store in the chiller until serving time
    • Keeps in the chiller for up to 4 days
