Lipton Black Tea Base

  • Water 1000 ml

Simple Syrup

  • Water 500 ml
  • White Sugar 500 g

Milk Tea with Black Pearls

  • Simple Syrup 60 ml
  • Evaporated Milk 30 g
  • Black Pearls, cooked 40 g
  • Ice cubes 65 g
  • Lipton Black Tea Base 240 ml
  1. Lipton Black Tea Base

    10-20 min
    • Bring Water to a boil.
    • Add the Lipton Pouchbag and remove from heat.
    • Steep for 10 minutes.
    • Remove the Lipton Pouchbag, let it cool and set aside in the chiller until use.
  2. Simple Syrup

    20-30 min
    • Place the water in a pot and bring to a boil.
    • Lower the fire before adding the sugar and whisk well until everything is dissolved. Turn the heat to high again.
    • Turn up the heat to high again and bring to a rolling boil for 2 - 5 min.
    • Lower the heat and simmer for 5 min. then strain and set aside until use.
  3. Milk Tea with Black Pearls

    • In a serving glass, add cooked black pearls then pour in the milk tea.
    • Add 65 g of ice cubes and mix using a bar spoon.
