Milk Tea with Black Pearls
There are a number of ways to enjoy tea! Milk tea combines the smooth, semi-bitter taste of strong tea with the creamy richness of milk.

Ingredients
Lipton Black Tea Base

Water 1000.0 ml
Simple Syrup

Water 500.0 ml

White Sugar 500.0 g
Milk Tea with Black Pearls

Simple Syrup 60.0 ml

Evaporated Milk 30.0 g

Black Pearls, cooked 40.0 g

Ice cubes 65.0 g

Lipton Black Tea Base 240.0 ml
Preparation

Lipton Black Tea Base
10-20 min- Bring Water to a boil.
- Add the Lipton Pouchbag and remove from heat.
- Steep for 10 minutes.
- Remove the Lipton Pouchbag, let it cool and set aside in the chiller until use.

Simple Syrup
20-30 min- Place the water in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Lower the fire before adding the sugar and whisk well until everything is dissolved. Turn the heat to high again.
- Turn up the heat to high again and bring to a rolling boil for 2 - 5 min.
- Lower the heat and simmer for 5 min. then strain and set aside until use.

Milk Tea with Black Pearls
5 min- Mix liquid ingredients until well-incorporated.
- In a serving glass, add cooked black pearls then pour in the milk tea.
- Add 65 g of ice cubes and mix using a bar spoon.
