Cooking Procedure

  • Butter 50 g
  • Onion, chopped 40 g
  • Garlic, chopped 15 g
  • Shitake Mushroom 133 g
  • Thyme 1 g
  • Ground Black Pepper 1 g
  • Cooking Cream 120 g
  • Parsley, chopped 1 g
  1. Cooking Procedure

    • In a medium sized, sauce pan, melt the butter
    • Sautee the onions, garlic, and mushroom for 2 minutes
    • Add in thyme, black pepper, and Knorr Concentrated Liquid Seasoning
    • Let it reduce for 1 minute
    • Add the prepared Knorr Cream of Mushroom Soup
    • Simmer for 3 minutes
    • Use a hand blender, puree the soup until smooth
    • Add the cooking cream
    • Stir the soup carefully
    • Plate and top it off with chopped parsley
    • Serve it hot
