Java Rice Preparation

  • Turmeric 3 tbsp
  • White Onion, chopped 0.5 pc
  • Garlic Cloves, finely chopped 3 pc
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Small can whole corn, chopped 1 pc
  • White rice, cooked 2 cup
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Pickled Cucumber and Carrots Preparation

Pork Marination & Procedure

  1. Java Rice Preparation

    • Heat oil into pan and put butter in
    • Sautee the onion until caramelized
    • Add garlic
    • Put the tumeric until color. Sautee with corn and peas
    • Add rice and mix it well
    • Season with Knorr Liquid Seasoning
    • Add salt and pepper to taste
  2. Pickled Cucumber and Carrots Preparation

    • Combine all ingredients
    • Chill before serving
  3. Pork Marination & Procedure

    • Combine all ingredients except Pork Belly, Onion, Bell Pepper
    • Put it on the blender and puree
    • Marinate the pork into the mixture for 20 mins (best results if it is chilled overnight)
    • Slice the marinated pork
    • Skewer with bell pepper and onion
    • Grill 12 minutes on both sides
    • Simmer for 10 minutes until tender
    • Deglaze the margination until thickened
    • Serve together with the Java rice and pickled vegetable
