Tuna Preparation

Miso Dressing & Wasabi Mayo Preparation


  • Marinated Tuna
  • Miso Dressing
  • Wasabi Mayo
  • Japanese Rice, cooked 10 cups 1700.0 g
  • Toasted Sesame Seeds 10.0 g
  • Nori Wrapper, toasted with sesame oil and sesame seeds, julienne cut 20.0 g
  • Scallions, thinly sliced 200.0 g
  • Edamame, boiled for 1 minute 200.0 g
  • Shimeji Mushroom, roasted and cooled 200.0 g


  1. Tuna Preparation

    20 minutes
    1. In a bowl, combine all tuna preparation ingredients and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Miso Dressing & Wasabi Mayo Preparation

    10 minutes
    1. For the miso dressing, combine Knorr Teriyaki Sauce, miso paste, Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise, and Hellmann's Miso Ponzu Dressing in a bowl.
    2. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Set aside for later assembly.
    3. In a separate bowl, combine Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise and wasabi and whisk together until smooth. Set aside for later assembly.
  3. Assembly

    10 minutes
    1. Arrange the tuna and vegetables on top of the cooked rice.
    2. Drizzle miso dressing and wasabi mayo on top.
    3. Garnish with julienned nori wrapper and toasted sesame seeds.
