  • Instant Milk Cap 30 g
  • Water 70 ml

Assembly

  • Monin Passion Fruit Syrup 15 ml
  • Simple Syrup 10 ml
  1. Tea Base Preparation

    3 minutes
    • Steep 1 bag of Sir Thomas Lipton Forest Berries Tea in 150 ml of water.
  2. Milk Cap Topping

    1 minute
    • Mix instant milk cap powder with water.

  3. Assembly

    2 minutes
    • Combine tea base, Monin Passion Fruit Syrup and simple syrup and ice in shaker;
    • Pour in a glass;
    • Top with Milk Cap.
