  • Garlic, minced 15 g
  • Ginger, sliced 10 g
  • Lemongrass, chopped 25 g
  • Turmeric Powder 5 g
  • Coconut Cream 30 ml
  • Brown Sugar 15 g
  • Water 15 ml
  • Ground Black Pepper
  1. Marinade, Meat Preperation

    6 hours
    • In a mixing bowl, Combine everything in until well incorporated.
    • Adjust seasoning if necessary.
    • Marinate the meat for at least 6 hours.
    • Fry until it carmelize in color and cooked through.
